Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, so it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If we cannot confirm it with the operator, it is refunded in full. To cancel, message the concierge on WhatsApp or email us with your booking reference.

You pay at checkout, then our local desk confirms with the supplier — usually within a few hours — and the e-voucher is emailed as soon as it is confirmed. Show it on your phone on the day; there is nothing to print. A booking we cannot confirm is refunded in full.

Per vehicle. ฿2,287 covers the whole Ferry for up to 50 passengers, not a per-seat fare, and it already includes the driver, fuel, tolls and parking.

Airport pickups are matched to your flight number and tracked, so a delayed arrival does not cost you the booking. Your driver waits in arrivals with a name board.

This Ferry seats up to 50 passengers with their normal luggage. If your group or luggage is larger, book the next vehicle size up — there is no per-bag charge.
