How do I receive my ticket?
An instant e-voucher is emailed the moment your Stripe payment succeeds, and it's stored in your account. Show it on your phone.
What is the 3.5% fee?
It's the payment processing fee, shown as a separate line at checkout and included in every displayed price so there are no surprises.
Can I cancel?
Most experiences offer free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before. Each product page shows its exact policy; cancel from your account or via WhatsApp.
Which currencies can I pay in?
THB, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, JPY, KRW and IDR. Your card is charged in the currency you select.
