Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Explera Discover, operated by Explera DMC Limited (Hong Kong company number 80454221), Unit 1603, 16/F The L. Plaza, 367–375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. By booking you agree to them.

Bookings are contracts for the specific experience or transfer described on the product page. Prices include a 3.5% payment processing fee and are charged in your selected currency via Stripe.

Experiences, transfers and private guides in Thailand are operated by our Thai company, Explera DMC Co., Ltd. (Bangkok), and payment for them may be collected in its name; the booking confirmation names the company that took your payment.

Explera DMC acts as the booking agent and local ground handler. Suppliers deliver the on-the-ground service subject to their operating conditions, weather and safety requirements.

A booking is accepted when we confirm it and send your e-voucher, not when payment is taken. Beach clubs, gala dinners and other venues that hold their own tables, beds and cabanas are sold on request: the venue confirms each booking, and Explera DMC may decline a booking after payment. A declined booking is refunded in full to your original payment method.
