Cancellation Policy

Each product shows its cancellation policy: free up to 24 hours, free up to 48 hours, or non-refundable.

Eligible cancellations are refunded to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

To cancel, use your account dashboard or message the concierge on WhatsApp with your booking reference.
