Privacy Policy

We collect the details needed to fulfil your booking: name, email, phone, country and travel dates. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.

We use your contact details to send your e-voucher, booking updates and, where you opt in, trip inspiration. You can request deletion at any time.

Booking data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase, with access restricted to our team. We do not sell personal data.

If you send a trip enquiry, we keep what you write — your name, email, phone if you give one, and your travel plans — to reply and to plan the trip with you. Enquiries that do not become a booking are deleted after 12 months.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device and approximate location). It sets analytics cookies; it never receives your name, email, phone or payment details, and advertising features are switched off. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are measured without analytics cookies unless they consent.

We also keep our own visit statistics: the pages viewed, how long each stays open and is read and how far down it is scrolled, any search typed on the site, what is put in the basket and whether checkout is reached, how the visit arrived (the referring website and any campaign tags in the link), approximate country and city from the connection, and the device, browser and language. They are tied to a random ID, not to your name; we do not store your IP address. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the ID lasts only for the visit. If you go on to book, the visit is linked to that booking. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are not counted. These statistics are deleted after 180 days.
