Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking must be confirmed in writing on the quotation within 30 days.
- Cancellation requires at least 15 days' advance notice.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled date are subject to a 60% charge of the quoted price.
Important Studio Terms & Conditions
- Crew or production teams conducting a pre-shoot inspection must contact the studio staff before commencing any work.
- A THB 10,000 security deposit is required to cover potential damage and cleaning costs and is refundable upon satisfactory handover of the studio.
- Drilling into or causing damage to the studio building structure is strictly prohibited.
- Items must not be leaned against or placed on acoustic foam wall panels unless specifically permitted by the studio.
- Unauthorized placement against acoustic panels may incur a THB 5,000 fine per occurrence.
- Painting of studio floors or walls is not permitted.
- Spray painting and sawing must only be conducted in areas designated by the studio, outside the studio.
- Foam, wood, soil, grass and similar production materials brought by the crew must be completely removed after use.
- Disposal of production materials inside the studio or surrounding studio bins is not permitted.
- Filming involving burning, open flames or sparks is not permitted.
