Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking must be confirmed in writing on the quotation within 30 days.
- Cancellation requires at least 15 days' advance notice.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled shooting date will be subject to a 60% charge of the quoted price.
Important Studio Terms & Conditions
- Crew or production teams conducting a pre-shoot inspection must contact the studio staff before starting work.
- A THB 10,000 security deposit is required to cover potential damage and cleaning costs.
- The security deposit is refundable upon satisfactory handover of the studio.
- Drilling into or otherwise causing damage to the studio building structure is strictly prohibited.
- Items must not be leaned against or placed on acoustic foam wall panels unless in designated areas.
- Any violation documented with photographic evidence may incur a THB 5,000 fine per occurrence.
- Painting studio floors or walls is not permitted.
- Spray painting and sawing must only be carried out in the designated area outside the studio.
- Foam, wood, soil, grass and similar materials brought into the studio must be completely removed and taken away after use.
- Disposal of such materials inside the studio or surrounding studio bins is not permitted.
- Filming involving burning, open flames or sparks is strictly prohibited.
