Explore the Cosmos / Kaikoura costs ฿6,877 per adult, with children aged 2–12 at half price, all-in. That already includes the 3.5% payment processing fee, and your card is charged in your own currency at checkout.

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, so it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If we cannot confirm it with the operator, it is refunded in full. To cancel, message the concierge on WhatsApp or email us with your booking reference.

You pay at checkout, then our local desk confirms with the supplier — usually within a few hours — and the e-voucher is emailed as soon as it is confirmed. Show it on your phone on the day; there is nothing to print. A booking we cannot confirm is refunded in full.
