Every price you see is all-in, including the 3.5% payment processing fee. Every booking is confirmed with the real supplier before you land. And a concierge is on WhatsApp around the clock.

What happens when you book
- You pick a date at least 48 hours ahead and pay by card in the currency you choose (10 are offered).
- Your e-voucher arrives by email straight away and is kept in your account.
- Our local team confirms the booking with the supplier and sends pickup details where a pickup applies.
- On the day you show the voucher on your phone. If anything changes, WhatsApp reaches the same team.
Reviews you can check
Reviews on this site are written by guests after their trip. We do not write, buy or filter them, and we invite every guest to review us, whatever kind of day they had. A product with no reviews shows no rating at all.

Are the prices final?
Yes. Every price shown already includes the 3.5% card processing fee, so the amount on the product page is the amount charged. Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed; if we cannot confirm one with the operator, it is refunded in full.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book at least 48 hours before the travel date — dates up to two years ahead are open. That gives the local team time to confirm with the supplier before you arrive.
