Gala Dinner – with Entertainment & 2-Hour Bar costs ฿2,360 per adult, with children aged 2–12 at half price, all-in. That already includes the 3.5% payment processing fee, and your card is charged in your own currency at checkout.

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, so it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If we cannot confirm it with the operator, it is refunded in full. To cancel, message the concierge on WhatsApp or email us with your booking reference.

No — this is a booking request. The venue confirms every booking itself, so yours is accepted only once we confirm it, usually within a few hours, and the e-voucher follows. If the venue cannot take it, we decline the booking and refund the full amount to your card.
