Begin with a pre-treatment soak in the Deluxe Lake Spa's naturally heated mineral pools overlooking Lake Rotorua. Experience a 60-minute Swedish massage followed by a 60-minute Signature Mud Wrap designed to relax the body and nourish the skin. Continue unwinding in the relaxation lounge with complimentary herbal teas, lemon water and juice, before enjoying a private mineral pool bathing session with lake views. Complete the experience with a gourmet grazing platter, a choice of wine, beer or champagne, and a Rachel Spa gift.

Retreat Day Spa operating hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily.
Guests must arrive one hour before their scheduled treatment appointment to complete the consultation and enjoy the included pre-treatment soak.

DURATION
Allow approximately 4 hours, plus additional time to enjoy the grazing platter and drinks in the café or Deluxe Lake Spa lounge.
LAST ENTRY
The latest appointment depends on treatment availability and the time required to complete the full package before closing at 7:00 PM. Confirm the final appointment time directly with the spa.
