Celebrate the first day of the New Year with an elegant degustation dinner at L’ARÔME By the Sea, offering a refined culinary experience inspired by premium seafood, fine ingredients and contemporary French gastronomy.
Guests will enjoy a carefully curated multi-course Degustation Menu, beginning with delicate Shima Aji with Radish and Finger Lime, followed by Sea Urchin with Gribiche, Brioche and White Soy and Smoked Cod Roe with Pike Caviar and Sorrel.
The culinary journey continues with Fjord Trout with Tomato and Wasabi, Gillardeau Oyster with Dill and Beurre Blanc, and Razor Clam with White Asparagus and Chawanmushi. Guests can then savour Brittany Blue Lobster with Laksa and Milk Bun, followed by a choice of Kinmedai with Finely Squid and Green Peas or Oguma Wagyu Tenderloin with Maitake Mushroom and Smoked Mashed Potato.
The experience concludes with refreshing and beautifully presented desserts and palate cleansers, including Kalamansi, Seaweed and Caviar, Seasonal Fruits, Passion Fruit Canelé and Pineapple Pâté de Fruit.
