- If hotel transfer is included, our driver will drop you at the ferry terminal entrance only. Passengers are required to walk to the ferry check-in counter and carry their own luggage from the drop-off point to the ferry. Porter service is not included.

- Boarding may close 15–20 minutes before departure.
