Wander through beautifully designed landscapes, from the tranquil Japanese Garden of Contemplation and Chinese Scholars' Garden to the Italian Renaissance Garden, Indian Char Bagh Garden, Ancient Egyptian Garden and Te Parapara Māori Garden. Each garden offers a unique experience combining architecture, plants, symbolism and cultural heritage.

Outer Gardens and public park areas: Open daily, subject to site access arrangements.
Car park gates: 6:15 AM – 9:00 PM.
DURATION
Allow approximately 2 hours to explore the Enclosed Gardens. Visitors wishing to explore the wider parkland, enjoy a meal or take photographs may wish to allow 3–4 hours.

5:30 PM for the Enclosed Gardens.
