- Important Notes
- This service is available only for international arrival flights at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Electric buggy service is not available for Satellite 1 Terminal (SAT-1), Gate D4, Gate D6, and Bus Gates. If the buggy service is unavailable, guests are eligible for a THB 900 refund, provided the refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original travel date (refund processed within 30 business days after the service date). Additional checked baggage, oversized baggage, or pets are subject to an extra charge of THB 500 per item/piece. Advance booking is required, and airport procedures are subject to airport authority regulations.
