For international arrivals, guests will be accompanied to the immigration counter where arrival formalities will be facilitated before proceeding to the baggage claim area. A dedicated porter will assist with baggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless airport experience.
- Following baggage collection, guests will proceed to customs clearance. Please note that customs clearance is a government-authorized procedure and must be completed personally by the guest. During customs inspection, neither the airport greeter nor the porter is permitted to assist or intervene. Once customs formalities are completed, assistance will resume, and guests will be escorted to the arrival exit for a smooth handover to the designated company representative. If no representative is available, assistance will continue until the guest is comfortably settled into their pre-arranged transportation. This service is ideal for VIP travelers, families, senior citizens, honeymooners, business executives, and first-time visitors seeking a premium airport arrival experience.
