Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, so it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If we cannot confirm it with the operator, it is refunded in full. To cancel, message the concierge on WhatsApp or email us with your booking reference.

You pay at checkout, then our local desk confirms with the supplier — usually within a few hours — and the e-voucher is emailed as soon as it is confirmed. Show it on your phone on the day; there is nothing to print. A booking we cannot confirm is refunded in full.

This Private Vehicle seats up to 2 passengers with their normal luggage. If your group or luggage is larger, book the next vehicle size up.
